Dr Avishek Kumar, Founder
Dr Kumar holds an MS degree in Microelectronics from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, and a doctorate degree (PhD) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore with specialization in solar cell technologies. He has more than 7 years of work experience in the field of solar process and manufacturing. He has worked extensively with leading solar research institutes of the world and tier-one module manufacturing companies. He has completed several high technology transfer projects and brings with him a vast knowledge of diverse solar technologies. His key research interests include cell and module manufacturing, state-of-the-art PV system design and high efficiency solar lights along with other PV-based devices.
Dr Swapnil Dubey, Scientific Advisor
Dr Dubey is working in the areas of solar thermal, solar photovoltaics, thermal storage, co-generation system, sustainable buildings, building air-conditioning and ventilation systems, heat and mass transfer, energy and energy analysis, with many applications over the last 7+ years. He is currently leading a team of 16 researchers at the Energy Research Institute at NTU (ERI@N) focusing on smart and sustainable building technologies. Since joining NTU in 2012, he has secured over S$20.0 Mil in research funding as a PI/Co-PI/Collaborator from various industries and agencies. He has published over 45 research papers in top journals, conferences; 6 invention disclosures and published 2 books. Prior to joining ERI@N, he worked at the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS). Dr Dubey holds a Ph.D. and an M.Tech degree in Solar Photovoltaic Thermal System and a Bachelor's of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Ms Jennifer Mendoza, Quality Director
Jennifer graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering from St. Louis Univeristy, The Philippines. She has more than 10 years of experience in the quality and reliability sector of the PV industry. She has worked in leading semiconductor and PV multinational companies including Panasonic, Lattice Semiconductor and REC. She is currently the Quality Director at Sunkonnect, a PV consultancy based in Singapore.
